Wellbeing Coach

Hi, I’m Dr Sophie Sterling, an integrative Clinical Psychologist and somatic coach with 20 years of experience in mental health from the UK. My background spans both the NHS (UK) and private practice, and I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of people across the lifespan – from children and families to adults and older adults.

I specialise in supporting people through the season of parenting young children, and the unique challenges this period can bring to every area of life. I’m particularly passionate about helping working mothers to truly thrive – combining deep inner healing with grounded, practical strategies for sustainable change.

My approach weaves together work with the body, nervous system and subconscious mind to understand how patterns and difficulties develop, and more importantly, to create lasting transformation.

I also support clients in integrating their faith or spirituality with their psychological sense of self, and in exploring intergenerational influences that shape who they are today. This allows for a deeply holistic and comprehensive healing journey.

I’m trained in a range of traditional therapeutic models including CBT, DBT, ACT, CFT and schema therapy, alongside a variety of somatic and body-based approaches.
