Dana Al Sheikh

Holistic Coach

I am a certified professional Co-Active Coach with CTI and accredited by the ICF. My journey with life coaching started in 2015 when I moved to Dubai.

In early 2021, I started my theta healing path, which opened my eyes to understanding the subconscious mind and how it can support us in achieving what we desire, or stifle us and keep us small. We all have our limiting beliefs which we don’t have to be held hostage by. In my coaching, I combine a mix of modalities depending on the client’s needs.

I am a self-exploration junkie, always learning through experience – the courses I take and my clients, friends and family. I am fascinated with the study of the connection between mind and body and try to keep on learning and taking courses on the subject to better help myself and my clients. Authentic and meaningful connection is what I always strive for.

I studied Economics at Boston University and for nearly a decade, worked in human resources consulting and talent management in Muscat. I enjoyed working with leadership teams in organizations to help drive employee engagement and create more opportunities for growth and development for employees. It was while I was working in talent management that I knew I wanted to work more closely with individuals. I wanted to help individuals help themselves and try to empower them to see their potential and that they have a choice in the life they have and aspire to create.

I am a proud Mexican-Omani hybrid and speak three languages fluently – English, Arabic and Spanish.
