Ashley Green

Wellbeing Coach

My passion lies in making a difference through coaching and enhancing wellbeing. It is this passion that led me to pursue a master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology soon after completing my yoga teacher training in India in 2017. Not only did my MSc deepen my understanding of wellbeing science, but it also sparked a passion for coaching and supporting adults on their journey towards achieving professional or personal goals in life.

I bring my four personal pillars – honesty, calmness, creativity and passion – into all my sessions at The Free Spirit Collective and constantly look to navigate the wellbeing aspirations of my clients.

I usually help adults who need change, personally or professionally, but feel stuck or aren’t sure where to start and would like to improve their overall wellbeing.

My role as a teacher in Dubai for the past 12 years, eight of which were spent at JESS Jumeirah, has always been multi-faceted. I firmly believe in preventative wellbeing provision throughout primary school, especially now after the recent pandemic-affected years that students, school staff and parents have experienced.

My goal is to help teenagers who require help related to personal or academic goals and to move forward in life and realising their goals and aspirations.
