About the Course

Through this course we will explore: 

  • The practice of meditation along with different meditation techniques.
  • The effects of meditation on the brain and the rest of the central nervous system.
  • The six core processes of psychological flexibility in depth, focusing on one process per week through discussions, physical movement and experiential exercises.

Who is it for?

People who have completed the Mindfulness Level 1 course – Presence. 

Eight people per group.
