I am a Child Wellbeing Coach with expertise in child and adolescent mental health, cognitive training, and supporting kids and young individuals with anxiety, eating disorders and learning difficulties. I apply evidence-based interventions in both clinical and educational settings.
I completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology in Italy, and successfully passed the national examination to practice as a licensed psychologist.
I provide sessions in Italian and English to accommodate clients from different linguistic backgrounds.
My professional journey includes roles in hospitals, schools, and private clinics, where I have worked closely with children and adolescents facing emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges. I use an integrated approach that combines play therapy, art therapy, mindfulness techniques, and creative tools such as puppets to help younger children express emotions and develop coping skills. For older children, I incorporate talk therapy and psychoeducation to foster self-awareness, emotional understanding, and resilience.
I am deeply passionate about helping young individuals explore their emotions, build resilience, and feel supported in their psychological growth. Working with children is both inspiring and fulfilling, and I see this work as a powerful form of early intervention and prevention, as supporting their mental health is essential to the well-being of our future.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, and discovering new cultures and cuisines while traveling around the world.
