Our lives are shaped by how we connect with ourselves, others, and the world around us. I’m passionate about helping you explore these connections and guiding you on a journey of healing, self-discovery, and meaningful living. Together, we release old burdens and open space for greater clarity, freedom, and authenticity.
I’m an Integrative Humanistic and Environmental Psychologist with a grounded and compassionate presence. My work is rooted in understanding the profound connection between people and their social and physical environment, which forms the foundation for the safe and collaborative space I create for my clients to feel supported, held, and fully accepted as they are. Having lived in Canada, Jordan, the UK, Germany, Morocco, and now the UAE, and having travelled to over 40 countries driven by a lifelong curiosity about the human experience, I bring an open-minded appreciation for cultural diversity into every session.
I obtained my Master’s degree in the UK, focusing on human behavior and wellbeing in relation to our surroundings. Recognizing how our inner world mirrors the systems we live in, I was drawn to Internal Family Systems (IFS)—a model that embraces the multifaceted nature of the human mind—for its deeply systemic and compassionate approach. I integrate evidence-based psychotherapy modalities such as IFS and Mindfulness-Based Behavioral Approaches with Somatic Practices and Plant Medicine Therapy. Each of these modalities explores the mind–body–environment connection and fosters inner wisdom and resilience. Above all, I value the client–therapist relationship and the therapist’s presence and attunement to the client.
I work with individuals aged 16 and above, in both Arabic and English, supporting a range of mental health concerns. At the heart of my work is helping clients cultivate a kinder, more compassionate relationship with themselves. I believe that by witnessing our pain and understanding our suffering and the many parts of ourselves, without judgment, we can respond with greater kindness, both to ourselves and to others. For me, therapy is not only about easing pain or resolving problems, but about guiding people toward greater self-leadership, inner freedom, and authentic connection to open to new ways of being. In this process, I serve as a steady, compassionate guide, helping clients access their own inner resources so they can reclaim wholeness and a deeper sense of belonging within themselves.
Outside of work, you can find me admiring nature, hiking, being by the sea, meditating, exploring new places, and spending time with family. I also have a soft spot for feeding and rescuing stray cats (despite my cat allergy) and love ticking new countries off my travel list.
