Wellbeing in Schools - Overview

Overview

According to an article published by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) on the future of education, wellbeing must play a fundamental role in education, and we couldn’t agree more.

Research has shown that when wellbeing of students improves, so does their academic performance. A similar pattern is observed in teaching staff, where happier teachers tend to have better connections with their students, which also leads to academic achievements.

Mental health among youth is a sensitive area that needs to be addressed. Our clinicians at The Free Spirit Collective have previously worked with schools, understand the nuances of the environment and are well equipped to provide a range of services from individual sessions to preparing full curriculums.
