Through carefully crafted sessions, we introduce adolescents to the concept of mindfulness. This eight-week course allows them to experience mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. Based on findings from the latest research in the field, these sessions help them understand mindfulness and show them ways in which they can manage their wellbeing.
