About the Classes

Yoga has helped people journey within, become more aware of themselves and heal from trauma for centuries. Practising yoga helps us be with, allow and respond to our emotions. Our weekly classes aim to help you regularly heal your body, soothe your soul and enhance your emotional flexibility.

Who is it for? 

Anyone over 18 years of age.

8  people per group.

How do I join?  

Email to register your interest and one of the facilitators will get in touch to schedule a discussion about the course.
